I was on NPR’s Talk of the Nation today to talk about my oped on Switzerland and minarets.
Meanwhile, here’s one of the best opeds on the issue I’ve read, by Swiss writer Peter Stamm.

When I last looked at the statistics, most Muslim immigrants to Switzerland were Slavs or Albanians from the Balkans.
I have to confess some irritation that Arab Muslims show no awareness of the indigenous European Muslim population.
Polish Muslims have lived in Poland at least since the 14th century, were Polish patriots, and were all members of the szlachta (gentry).
Poland’s second Nobel Prize winner, Henryk Sienkiewicz was of Polish Lithuanian Tatar Muslim ancestry.
I have been looking at anti-Muslim demagoguery in Europe. It seems almost entirely funded by wealthy American Jewish Zionists.
In http://eaazi.blogspot.com/2009/11/depers-moslims-en-joden-keren-zich.html , I point out, “Jewish Zionist intelligentsia have mobilized hyperwealthy Jewish Zionist political economic oligarchs to fund Islamophobic politicians and Islamophobic parties from the UK to France through Europe including the Czech Republic to the Russian Federation (e.g., Nazbol, which has been linked to Jewish big money) and into India.”
This aspect of European anti-Muslim incitement needs to be addressed.
